      The hotel was overbooked by 10 rooms. Christina at the front desk did find a superior suite for us that was not over the bar/lounge so we did not have to listen to the music until 1:00. Very fine breakfast too.

      If you book the room directly with the property it will be MUCH less cost than Booking .com. Due to a construction emergency at my home I had booked quickly with B.com. Needed another night so contacted the hotel directly and got a MUCH lower price. Lesson learned.

      The property is right next to the Amtrak station and very convenient if taking the train. The staff were very helpful, rooms were spotless, and breakfast was well stocked.

      I really can't complain....it could have been a little cheaper. Downloading a VPN before I booked dropped the price by like $15 so that was cool.

      Breakfast was good.

      Used booking.com to pay ahead of time for quicker check-in and was then required to pay again at the hotel, so I ended up being charged twice for the room. I had to call later and it was refunded. I have found it is best to just pay at the property and not to pay booking.com ahead of time. This is not the first time this has happened. Last time, I did not check in until the two entities got it cleared up so I wasn't charged twice. That worked, but it took me 2-3 hours to check in. After being on the road all day, I did not feel like waiting that long to check in this time, so I let them charge me twice and cleared it up later.
