I travel a lot, and this is by far one of the cleanest, nicest homes I have had the pleasure of staying at. The host was very nice, and you could see the pride they have in their home. It was so well stocked with ANYTHING you could think to need that honestly if you have a complaint about something missing you should just stay home. The location was great! The neighborhood was quiet, yet you could get everywhere in a matter of minutes. They have beautiful skylights throughout the home, children's toys, a beautiful fenced in yard if you have a fur baby, fireplace, darts, trampoline and playset in the back only complimented the BAMBOO "forest" in the backyard. They thought of everything! The decor was beautiful, modern, and definitely made you feel like it's your second home. I definitely plan to be a repeat customer.

I wish I would have stayed a little longer.

the breakfast is very poor in quality, everything is in a bag, very unhealthy food. we had the worst experience ever: when we arrived for check-in, the front desk person said that he did not have the reservation, the booking agent tried to communicate with him, he said he did not receive any email or phone calls. after 2 hours, we had to ask the booking agent to cancel the reservation. the result is that the hotel charged us more for a similar accommodation.

My stay was amazing! The staff there was really nice and made me feel welcome right away. The room was super clean and had everything I needed, like a nice TV, WIFI, comfy beds, and great shower. Plus, the location was in a good spot right off the highway, so it was easy to get around. It was a really great experience, and I'd tell anyone to stay there if they want a cozy and fun time!

A perfect location adjacent to the UW Seattle campus. Well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds. Nice amenities (including coffee and cookies every afternoon). Friendly staff.

The rooms are somewhat small, as are the bathrooms, but they are still more than adequate. On the smaller side, but not unusually so for a hotel in a pretty central, urban setting, at least in my experience.

The breakfast was awesome, but the wait time was crazy. Otherwise it’s an older building but not

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

We booked a mobility-accessible room. The room should not have been so designated because the ONLY thing helpful was ONE bar in the bathtub. That was woefully insufficient for my disabled son. This hotel is probably fine for those not disabled..

The front desk doesn't have good communication with the cleaning staff. We requested a late check out, and the cleaning supervisor knocked our door twice, even after we told her that we were leaving at 11. am
