Breakfast was ok. The manager was excellent. We had troubles with my Pick up and RV. He offered us a place next to his building for security and ease to get to trailer. He also allowed us the plug in to keep our food in RV from spoiling. He gave us guidance as to who to go to to get parts and directions to get around town A very nice man who cares about his clients and his property. I highly admire his work and would recommend his property as a great place to stay.

Room rates were high but that was for the solar event. Staff was willing to work with and accommodate request and information about events.

The hotel is definitely dated and would require some investments. Just overall the friendliness of the staff and guest was not enough to outweigh the rundown of the rooms and grounds.

Breakfast was not an option. However, it was nice to be able to get a cup of coffee each morning. Housekeeping was good.

Very clean, modern, great room , and Walter, one of the employees who was just exceptional.

Very very spotty internet. More off than on without any way to fix it, no explanation about it… the outside area to sit needed cleaning, but?? Not a deal breaker. We had to leave early due to tornados/ storms in Texas, I was told I would be refunded one day, since it was 24 hour notice, but I haven’t seen any indication of that via email or bank monitoring.
