Sunrise haven is well taken care of. It was very clean and updated. The pool is huge and has plenty of seating and shade for those that want it. The patio’s are both great, beautiful relaxing view of the intercoastal in the back.

We loved the property. Our only issue is we’re used to a king sized bed and this is a full. It was still comfy.

Didn't eat. Location is right off a major highway. There is shopping and restaurants in the immediate area as well. The facilities were clean.

The furniture, carpets and exterior could all use updating. There were a couple of people smoking outside the building, which was a bit annoying. They may consider identifying a smoking area, so non-smokers can avoid exposure.

Older building so not much for sound proofing, can easily hear people talking outside of the rooms. The shower is on the small side, if you’re a fluffy person then it could be uncomfortable.

I liked the hot tub and pool the first night. The room was clean. The grounds are relaxing and nice.

The hot tub was out of order the second night and the pool wasn't really warm. The beds weren't as comfortable as I would have liked them to be. They were kind of hard. I would have also liked if there were some paper cups. Some people don't like drinking out of glasses that have been used by everyone. The breakfast we only ate for one morning because it wasn't very good except the muffin, trail mix and biscuits. The meat did not taste real and the eggs I watched being dumped from a bag which is disgusting. If I'm going to eat eggs, I want real eggs. I think there should be a cheaper option for people who do not partake in the breakfast like some hotels do.

Smelt horrible. My room was infested with bugs, especially in the bathroom. Could barely get any sleep at night due to the noise from the floor above.
