Beautiful furnishings downstairs and in room Room needed some dusting. Felt like I need to wash or rinse cups before using. Small light by bed a nice touch but when you turn dust is down the wall just fyi. Would love to come back for a leisure visit and enjoy the place more.

The girl in charge found a packet of plain (no sugar) oatmeal. I appreciated her effort.

No shampoo I was told to use the little bar soap. The dispenser for bath products was missing from the shower wall. I talked the person on duty into bringing a paper cup with a few squirts of shampoo from the supply dispenser. I had to ask three times to get this.

Pool closed and not notified before booking. Mouse feces on mattress of rollout. Staff not friendly. Not enough towels for the two of us either!
