Good concept, nice view. The wood stove was essential as it was cold outside. Due to windy conditions, I requested cancellation,which was denied. However I was offered a rain check to be used at any of their 13 facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful to explain how the place operated.

The bed was lumpy, the sheets were stained. The shower was inconvenient, as it proved very difficult to shower using only one hand. The food menu was very well done, but the food was poorly executed. For example, I ordered the vegetable curry. It was a mush with unrecognizable vegetables, so spicy that I could not eat it. The music concert was pretty weak.

Amazing owners and staff. Very professional and care about their tenants and guest. It's located very close to the airport and was a blessing after flying and changing airports for hours to have a respectful place to come to that's is economical on their prices.

Lack of kitchen and bath supplies . Serving of 4 for 5 people for 6 nights. No dishwasher, no washer/dryer. No streaming capabilities, cable only with no guide to follow for scheduling of shows. 2 rolls of toilet paper. 4 towels. 4 washcloths.. 2 trashbags. We booked for a week and had to purchase kitchen supplies, paper products, and bathroom towels to use. Parking is on the opposite side of the property. No amenities like a pool or fitness room; yet an amenities key was announced in booking and confirmation. Minimalist of accommodations for typical beach condo pricing.

The breakfast was good and had multiple choices.

The shower had rust and broken parts and was dirty, the smoke alarm had no batteries in it and was hanging down from the ceiling, the toilet seat did not fit the toilet and pinched and the freezer part of the refrigerator did not work at all.
