Bed was not that comfortable. We had to leave a day early and we understood the 7 day status change rule but no attempt to even made to discuss a break, the reception desk staff where really cold about it.

I will not be returning because there is no coffee available. I tried the bakery next door and even used the online ordering system and it still took 50 minutes to get a cup of coffee and a microwaved croissant that was cold on the middle. This was my second stay with similar coffee issues. I will not be returning.
