Is there a way to give more than a 10/10? This place is amazing. My wife cleans multiple vacation rentals for a living and said this one is by far the absolute best one she has ever seen. Other places should take a page or two from this book. It is set up perfectly. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, the pool is the perfect temperature, the level of cleanliness is out of this world.

I liked the seclusion of the property. It was very quiet. Parking was close to an exit close to my room. I was on the first floor. The breakfast was decent.

The bed was incredibly hard. It caused tossing and turning the entire stay. My back was sore from the bed. The shower head had hard, aggressive water that hurt. The tub filled with water while showering because the water came out so fast and hard with no way to adjust it. I had to keep turning the shower off in order to drain the water. It drained extremely slowly.

Good location. The room was fine and the property was clean.

Unfortunately, we had a death in the family. I had to check out prior to 9am the morning before we were booked through. When asked about a refund for the day/night not used, the property stated they could not since it was booked through booking.com. When follow up through booking.com took place, they advised that the property would have the ability to approve or deny. The property refused. I understand policy, however, in business it helps to take into account a little humanity as well. The response was very cold and no explanation. So, if you have a family tragedy strike, rest assured they will stick to policy and not extend any assistance. This is their right to do so, I understand. However, doesn't help if you want a return customer, which I will not be. I will also, when asked for locations in that area to stay, also advise that this one is not it.
