Great location and value for money. Felt safe with badged entry system setup. Very friendly staff. Best bang for your buck in the area and good for solo travelers needing a spot to crash. Walking distance to the Hollywood bowl and short Uber rides to the Hollywood palladium and Greek Theater for shows. All rooms had a deadbolt for safety as well as a safety deposit box. Loved the loading zone outside for easy pick up from Uber drivers on a busy street. The price and location can’t be beat for this area.

The facilities are a little on the older side but still always clean. WiFi was a little choppy some days on a laptop device, but worked well on mobile.

This property is an entire 2-bdm duplex in the heart of historical old El Paso. It was newly renovated and very nicely appointed, very clean, quiet and roomy. The beds were very comfy, and there were adequate towels and amenities. The kitchen was well equipped.

The master bedroom is a bit too warm; the A/C doesn't seem to work as well in the back of the house. [Advice to future tenants: The bedroom seems to get about 3 degrees cooler if you close the door.] There was no soap in the shower area. There was only one tiny, thin kitchen towel to dry the dishes. Our biggest complaint was the drains/drainage system, which is old and therefore needs some treatment. The sink had a terrible stink, and so did the washing machine. I tried cleaning both with vinegar, but had to go to a laundromat in the end because that odor remained and would permeate my clothing. I recommend liquid Drano applied at least once a week, and Affresh washing machine cleanser used 3-4 times to clean up that odor!

Dirty! The 1st room assigned was not cleaned from the previous guest. Towels on floor, bed dirty, etc. next room was grungy. Terrible sheets, 2 towels. Really not worth anyone’s time or money! Go elsewhere!!

The lodgings offered cozy bedding, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The staff was quite friendly when they were available.

During the check-in and check-out processes, there was a noticeable absence of hotel personnel. Additionally, a large black spider was discovered in the bathroom. Furthermore, my child's feet temporarily turned brown after walking barefoot in the room for a brief period.

The outside door to the building did not have a key lock, my room door did not close all the way or seem safe and secure. I actually switched hotels after they refused to change me rooms.
