I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through Lviv or if you just need to get away for a few days. They have a playground for kids, reasonable prices (including for early arrival), a delicious buffet breakfast, a wonderful restaurant, a little lake, walking paths, and benches and gazebos that look out on the lake. They have a private meeting room for small groups and larger facilities if you want to have more people meet together. The rooms have air conditioning, and they have a generator when there are power outages. I plan to stay here again!! In addition, an ATB is located right next door if you need anything additional (like ice cream)!

It would be helpful to have a spare roll of toilet paper in the rooms.

Great value for money, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well maintained, no weird smell, good breakfast. If you have a car or don’t mind getting a cab, the location won’t be an issue. Anyway the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, but I just couldn’t catch a bus when I needed to.

It would be helpful to have a towel dryer on, or just have an option to turn it on when needed.

Bed mattress seem to be worn out and bending on the edges. No parking space available, although plenty of room in paid parking lots nearby for a small fee.

It's a little bit challenging to get to the hotel without a car, but it can be reached by public transit from the last metro station quite easily.
