Everything was nice, totally budget friendly, very near from beach, just 15 min.walking distance,all nearby facilities like bus,tram, groceries stores,nice clean kitchen with all facilities,clean and good clean toilet and bathroom, comfortable bed with TV. Nice courtyard outside,I definitely recommend this for you and Yes main thing owner is very good, totally professional for his work,give you reply within 5 min and immediately solve your problem.

All things are excellent no complaints,just one thing, property is littlebit in basement area,not fully,but it doesn't matter because good ventilation and WiFi all over the area

Nice and value of money, railway station,metro,buses,tram and all facilities like KFC, dominos,mcd all nearby,Nice, polite and friendly and behaviour by owner,always 24*7 available for guests,nice clean kitchen, toilet and bathroom,if you are student and try to find room in budget, definitely this is worth it,no think about other options

Very nice hotel in the center, staff friendly, nice and helpful. Room was large and very nice but in 5th floor (no elevator). Hot and cold water at any time, breakfast sufficient, but served by delivery service (not always ontime). Location is very good, shops are close, also sightseeing Hotspots!

Great central location. Nice cafe downstairs for breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, theatres and museums. Many services like optometrists, dentists and churches within minutes of the door. A very short and inexpensive ride by taxi to the door. Free parking outside.

Andrej, very nice welcome at the reception, helpful and friendly person! Terrace was great, also possibility to have breakfast and dinner on the Terrace. Cosy towels, comfortable beds sind swimming pool in front of the room. Garage for car is privided, absolutely quiet.

1. The staff give zero care. Won’t even help a woman with a child to carry heavy stuff up the stairs. 2. Breakfast starts at 9 am. If you are an early bird, you are in trouble. 3. At 9 am all the staff were still sleeping, including the guard. 4. Road up to the hotel is so rocky that you feel like it’s an offroad drive experience getting to the hotel.
