Hotel is close to the airport , convenient for late flight and early departures, pick up and drop off was convenient and effecent. The disappointing issues were, I booked wake up call for my early flight , the reception recorded it but the night staff didn't bother to call. I ordered fruit for my dinner in the room and it didn't come for 2 hrs , i called and canceled , then it arrived in 10 mins , I asked them to serve it to me in a take away package for my breakfast , I got three pieces of pawpaw and three pieces of water melon and two pieces of raw pineapple , despite telling them I don't eat anything else for breakfast , when they asked me if I want bread or omelet.

This is my second time to stay over. The rooms are exsiqsite as i remember them. Mine was cleaned on a daily basis. I always welcome the free coffee/tea bar that is in the room. It's a nice touch. The bathroom is modern with a very good powerful shower head. I love this place for its location. It is in walking distances to almost everything that is there to be seen in Dodoma. The other aspect that they get right is the brilliant breakfast. So much choice. And most of it is tasty!

I would have given it a ten had the building work in the room above me not bothered me. i am afraid it did. And the roof top swimming pool too was undergoing some bit of refurbishment - so it was out of use. A shame really.

All staff at the hotel are soo friendly and helpful! They go above and Beyond! Was my boyfriends birthday during our stay and they made it special by having a cake made and decorating our room. Loved how close it was to the beach, just a 2 minute walk away.

Very centrally located hostel. The management is very good, they really go out of their way to make you happy.

In the 4-person female dorm (which is more like a 2-person dorm connected to another 2-person dorm) the airconditioning was not working in the rear half of the room. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed. But as it wasn't high season, it was no problem to switch beds after one night, to the other (cooler :-)) half of the room.
