Driving from the airport don’t expect paradise, and the entrance to the Resort looks shady. However, once you enter the Resort you’ll be blown away. The stuff is friendly and the views from the Ocean View room are beautiful. This place is most definitely value for money, especially having heard that other people who’d booked in other Resorts were paying $140/person for lunch. All inclusive here means exactly that, drinks(they flow at will), food (is excellent, and there’s variety) are all included. The downside is the extra $20 charge upon check-in and we’re being pedantic.

Cosy small bungalow hotel. Very clean, delicious food, modern rooms. Well thought of design of the rooms and the territory of the hotel. Quiet, even though it is surrounded by bars and restaurants. Several beaches super close to choose from and, a lively market with local souvenirs and food nearby. The owners were very helpful when we needed to store our luggage several days prior to the check-in. Upon arrival we have also received all the useful information about the infrastructure around, the best places and times to go there. Very helpful.

The internet connection wasn't great, which wasn't convenient.

The pool, the beach, the breakfast and dinner were all excellent. Rooms were good and great value for money. Probably an international 4* as opposed to 5* level but based on the price it was perfect.

Only thing that I didn’t like was trying to order a taxi the hotel had a really material mark up and it was a lot cheaper to negotiate on the beach to get a licensed taxi

The only thing worthwhile about this property is the amazing beach/seafront view. Nothing else. The staff (and owner) were also generally nice and friendly.

The rooms in this hotel are more like a village lodging than a 3-star hotel. I literally only stayed one night and left despite having paid for 4 nights. It reminded me of my stays in village lodgings while doing fieldwork. The curtains are worn out, cleanliness of beddings and towels is questionable, and the rooms just look so tired and neglected. Like there has been minimal effort put into it. It feels like the rooms/accommodation part of this hotel was an afterthought. Like it was meant to be a beachfront restaurant (because that’s the only place that they have made some effort); and then as an afterthought decided to add hotel rooms. I dread to think what a standard room looks like. When I arrived, the owner hyped it up and informed me that I had been upgraded from a standard room to a “sea view room”. I was so excited until I got to the room! Also, the supposed sea view rooms don’t actually have much of a view of the sea from the room. The location is also fairly noisy (as it is smack in the middle of a local village). It is so surprising that it has such a high rating on booking.com? Perhaps because of the beachfront view?
