I stayed 4 nights at the hotel with my friends (who booked a separate room) and we were all satisfied with our experience. The location is perfect, in front of taipei main station so it's easy to move around if you want to explore the city, take the hsr, or metro to the airport. In addition, the room are spacious, very clean amd the even have japanese toilets. They also have a laundry room accessible for free (free soap). 100% recommended

The hotel is quiet since it's on the 19th floor but the soundproofing is bad. You can hear your neighbor coughing.

+ The staff at the location were very helpful and friendly + the afternoon tea and breakfast were very delicious + room was quite big + there was a kettle + tea + coffee in the room + location is fantastic, super close to the MRT station + room had many useful things

- there was a hair on the pillow - toilet bowl smelled not clean - bathroom can be upgraded. Especially shower head

Fantastic hotel, great facilities and amazing staff. My Housekeeper deserves a special comment as she was so helpful and so friendly and happy! It made a big difference to my stay.

Room is small and crowded. The windows insulation is poor so the room is noisy. I had hard time to sleep.

Housekeeping was late , only clean the room in the late afternoon even the request was made before noon. No soap , no body wash, no shampoo when check in the room, need to request for it . There’s Only 1 tissue box, should have 2 , each for the toilet and the room.
