Jamie has created a lovely place for travellers to Luye. The place has a welcoming and thoughtful vibe that is probably a reflection of Jamie's personality. The dorm rooms are spacious and well-equpped, the living room and kitchen are also large and comfy places. Breakfast is, as described - delicious. Jamie is a wonderful host with the ability to make you feel immediately at home

The facilities were great, only thing the spa and gym was for kids above 16. The 14th floor lounge for boss suite guests was really nice, they had desserts, drinks, beer, coffee, ice cream. Between 6-8pm waa happy hour and there were a few salads and the fried rice was yummy!

This could easily be a 5-star-Hotel: the staff at the reception is very professional, kind and speaks English. The bedroom is huge (I've never seen a double bed this size!) and has plenty of storage place. There is free parking.

Reminding people that breakfast ends at 10 once is professional, informing them again after 15min. is attentive. Reminders no. 3,4 and 5 (!) are just in bad taste. Especially if the staff is taking from the buffet to eat themselves before the buffet is even closed. It's like saying: get lost already. Also, at the same place in the evening, the waiting time for two beers was almost 15min. even though there were 3 tables occupied in total and 3 people working.

Very convenience. 7-11 just opposite and FamilyMart in 1 minute. Good for alone traveller, simply a place to rest and left luggage with affordable budget.

The facilities, especially the bathroom / toilet seems a bit old, yet keeping reasonable cleaningness. The bathroom / toilet is large, when compared to other accommodations of similar price, no good or no bad for an alone traveller.

Might possibly be a love hotel, confirms were provided on the table. Cigarette stench in the room even though it was a non smoking hotel.
