Positive section of review
The location is very convenient, just above the train station as advertised, you can conveniently travel to parts of Taipei, and most importantly the airport just at your doorstep. The room is clean and neat when we checked in, no smell, no 'extra' tenants like ants. The amenities provided are of good quality. The staff are very responsive and provided clear instructions and useful information. For us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, the apartment size was just nice, and the pricing is pocket friendly. It was above our expectations in most aspects.

The shower area choked easily, so we had to clear it a few times. When we checked in, we found a bottle of half drank water left behind in the fridge.

Great to be close to light rail. MRT 10/15 minute walk. Really nice area to stroll round at night looking at lights Breakfast while asian food mainly there was still plenty of choice.

Air cond struggled to get below 24 but that was a minor issue.

There was a nice play area for the kids and they enjoyed it a lot. The room is huge and beds were comfortable and location is convenient with a lot of food choices nearby.

The staffs were not too friendly in their tone and they did not even empty the trash when we asked to clean up room. There were no cleaning service available unless requested and they just left the trash in the room unless we specify even though the trash are already overflowing. Their staff service can be better improved.

No wardrobe provided and just only two hangers. Breakfast: Suggest to keep coffee and Juice at two ends of the table and let mugs / glasses are placed in between so that people can form two queues. Currently those who want to take juice also need to wait in the long coffee queue.
