It’s very convenient taking public transportation as the place is very close to Formosa Boulevard MRT station. Liuhe night market is just a walking distance away from the hotel as well. Likewise, the staff are very accommodating and friendly most especially Jessica.

Our room were upgraded, very comfortable and the service staff were very friend and reacted very fast to our request. The bed was very comfortable to us.

The breakfast variety can improve, might be because during our stay, our breakfast was located roughly 5 mins walk away in the Guide Hotel.

Price and location is good! House keeping staff is nice and polite.

Location is good. As it is a self check in/ out service. It rely on the social media (WhatsApp/ Line) to communicate with the staff. This maybe a problem if something happens such as waiting for the password of the gate. When the check in machine cannot accept credit card for payment, no one can help. Even the staff don’t know the payment system have problem. They won’t help to solve the problem. The customer service staff have to improve.
