Great little hotel, the owners kindly upgraded us to a room with a view of the travertines. It’s probably the hotel with the best view in Pamukkale, and is super close to the entrance to the Pamukkale site (3 mins walk). The room was very comfortable with all basic necessities and we had the chance to have a little balcony facing the Pamukkale site which was great. Breakfast was nice and again, a great spot for the view. The owners also kindly let us extend our checkout by one hour and kept luggages in the lobby until we actually left the city. Highly recommend, and thank you for your hospitality and generosity !

The place is close to restaurants, trams, bazaar and walking distance or short tram ride to major attractions. Also, the property is clean and tidy. The breakfast is great. The staff who attended us went above and beyond to cater our needs despite he does not speak English, he utilises translation well on phone and communicates effectively. Also, Ismail the host was very helpful and approachable. Both of them are great. Really loved our stay as a group.

The hotel is very nice and clean and it is close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and also the Grand Bazaar. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

I don’t reallly understand how they got 8.1 ratings. My room was dirty and hairs were all over (both toilet and bed), and the shower was full of mould. The TV was not working at all. The employee at fd was nice but didn’t give much info. I was supposed to get an upgrade that I didn’t get. It’s also really noisy from the corridors.
