The view from roof terrace on breakfast was spectacular. Staff very helpful especially Mr Bayram Gokhan Rooms are nice and there is everything needed for the stay. 5min walk from Blue Mosque and very close to Grand Bazar

You have access to two infinity pools and a kids pool. Nice and quiet area. Couple of minutes drive from Lara beach. Free on-site parking. The main hotel suites are comfortable and reasonably spacious.

There was a gutter smell coming from the bathroom. The safe didn't work upon arrival. The hotel is essentially split into 4 distinct parts. - The main hotel front & centre, - block of suites on the right, - block of suites on the left, - and towards the end of the courtyard/garden area a tower with more hotel rooms. Try to avoid the tower as it isn't clean and is almost like a 1 star. We asked to move to the suites and they were a lot better. There are no drinks (aside from tea) in the buffet/lunch/dinner kitchen. Hoped for at least water or juice.

Great location, amazing views, fantastic food, staff very kind especially in restaurant and at the bars working really hard, we had really good evening shows and entertainment

Rooms considerable small with low lighting, beds far too small for this type accomodation and with very soft matress. So if you have back problems then is not the best choice for you. Once requested at reception, can they replace and do something? They said sorry there is nothing they can do. I am sure, they could have a few extra harder mattresses or extras with harder layers available to accommodate. Wifi, as mentioned by others before, is not the best and doesn't work in all areas.

Not far away from tram line T1 and Istanbul historic center. Breakfast restaurant (6F) and terrace restaurant (7F) both have very good view. Staff is friendly.
Negative section of review
Room is small and interior/facility very old. Breakfast is so-so. Very difficult to reach by taxi or car due to strange road restrictions. Morning traffic is terrible to get in or out and almost impossible to get any taxi. Better to walk and take public transport at rush hours.

The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from Hagia Sofia, Topkapi, Basilica Cisterna, lots of restaurants around. Breakfast was ok, but the same each day.

They could work a little more at cleaning (lots of dust under the bed and some rust in the bathroom)

The sofa on the room was full of stains, didn’t want to leave my clothes there. Had a major problem with the noise at night coming from other rooms. Very loud voices and closing doors. Didn’t understand who was staying at this place. People going to the stairs to talk on the phone, could hear everything. Couldn’t sleep at all. It was a nightmare and almost ruined my vacations. Stay away. There are other options out there.
