This was by far one of the best experiences i ever had! The apartment was excelent and cozy, in an incredible area that is quiet and yet super close to the main attractions. Aycan and the staff will make sure that you are more than comfortable and will do everything to let you have the best staying in Istanbul ever! Thank you very much for everything, I loved every minute in your apartment.

Location - overlooks a beautiful bay, really stunning views from every position, especially breakfast room. Pool - beautiful, situated directly overlooking the sea, with bar and food available. Room - I had a nice twin room with a good balcony, also with great views. Large bathroom, bed fine.

Location - spectacular views but the uphill walk into centre is not good - that means a taxi cost of about £4 every time you need to go to the Marina - it's not far but you must be a very fit person able to walk for 20 minutes in heat. Language - I have been all over Tukey for 20 years and the lack of English language speakers in Reception was staggering. I should not have to use Google Translate in a 4-Star hotel!! Really unacceptable, even basic stuff - nobody had a clue beyond "Taxi"! Room - the dirt underneath the bed was disgusting - floor clearly hadn't seen a mop or brush in years Shop - nothing in the hotel, meaning further trips to town for basic medications, drinks etc - again, very poor for a hotel of this standard. Breakfast - fantastic if you are Turkish or a vegetarian - clearly not aimed at Europeans - no sausages or bacon, no pastries! Staff - so miserable in breakfast room, very unlike other Turkish hotels - not even a Good Morning when you walk in.

Great location and helpful staff, clean and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast and good views from the terrace.

Just a shame about the noise from the clubs around the site and the sinks/bathrooms in the dorms. Plus the coffee could be stronger!

BEDBUGS!!!! And they are not taking the problem seriously. After seeing one and also having multiple bites, I got moved to another room. Told me this is good and safe, cause it was just cleaned! Woke up with almost 50(!!!!) More bites after a few hours sleep. Stay away! This is costing me a ton of money coming home and have to spend and insane amount of money to get professional help, to ensure I don't bring bedbugs home!
