I suggest to everyone this place: it’s so close to ferry station, bus station and a fantastic area full of cafe’, restaurants, shops (but the street where you’ll sleep is quite). The rooms are so nice and there is a well furnished kitchen in the common area. Emre is the perfect host and I was so happy to have chosen his room: I’ve had every day his “Good morning, may I help you? Is everything ok?”. Let’s choose this place and enjoy the wonderful Asian side of Istanbul!

First of all, from the day we entered until the day we left, the staff was polite and tried to do their job well. The size of our room was sufficient. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed. The bar was a little small and the queue to get drinks was very long. Bartenders were a little slow. Sometimes our air conditioner would turn off at night, maybe it was just the air conditioner in our room. But overall we were satisfied

Beautifull place with its own bay and located amidst natural surroundings, very clean beach and clear sea water, very good and clean accommodation - accommodation is cleaned every day-, very nice and helpful personal, a variety of hot and cold dishes served for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.

Location - very close to major tourist attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar. Friendly and helpful staff Proximity to restaurants, transport and amenities

Location is great. Konyaalti Beach, all the markets, restaurants and public transportation are so close. Apartment is fully equipped and the owner Melikşah is very helpful guy.

The location was great, hotel was comfortable and clean. The room had a great view. The staff was very nice and supported us with a lost passport.
