Positive section of review
It was a great experience. The location is great and although Taksim is really nearby, the rooms are super quiet. The staff is super friendly and highly professional. There is also a great restaurant on the top floor with superb food and an amazing view. Breakfast is also really good. But the real game changer is the room with the hammam. There is nothing better than relaxing in the hammam after a long day of sightseeing.

The breakfast was delicious, with fresh vegetables, cheese and eggs every day. There was machine coffee and cordial-style juice. The freshly squeezed orange juice from the bar (not complimentary but worth every lira!) made for a great recovery aid between paragliding flights. The staff were very helpful.

The towels, sofa and bed covers were a bit dirty on arrival and the floor hadn't been mopped. The cleaner seemed very busy and may have benefited from some help.

The apartment is big with all the furniture and appliances in good condition ,in special the beds and sofa in the lounge high quality.it is situated in a very quiet area close to the beach ,has a massive pool and a big garden with lots of flowers ,smelling like heaven.the host was very helpful.

Great location, just above ancient palace Bukoleon. Few minutes walk from Blue Mosque. Very nice stuff, parking in front of the apartment is public, but free. Good breakfast.

Poor wifi. There was no way using it in room, nor in front of the building. Could be cleaner. It would be useful to have some piece of furniture to put the wardrobe in. Some night desk next to bed would be useful.

We had a wonderful time at Jiva. The staff, accommodation, food and entertainment was friendly and efficient . We have a tween and teenager and they loved it .

A nice family hotel. It is not very close to the beach but the price is economical. A free shuttle service to the beach is provided during the summer season.

It was disappointing the microwave didn't work. There was no dishwashing sponge or detergent provided. Other people's room keys opened our room and same with our key opening other room by accident.
