We were greeted by the hotel manager Abdil at the reception, he was very helpful and polite. Abdil organised the taxi for us early in morning to get to the airport and it arrived without any delays. The reception area is really great. We could have a relaxing break in the vey comfortable front garden which looks very cosy and welcoming. We were so happy to meet Rocky - a little dog Abdil owns which made the whole stay unforgettable especially for our son. The whole place looks spotless, simple and very attractive.

Charming hotel. Wonderful location, garden&spa area, amazing local style breakfast. Comfortable bed. Head of reception speaks good english and could accommodate all my needs, he was very helpful. Bike rent and option for afternoon coffee at the swimming pool. Stayed there before the main season so only a few people around.

Amazing Hotel, definitely 5 stars, would rate it even more if I could. Couldn't fault this place. The receptionist was amazing and very friendly, cant remember her name but she worked in the evening.

-Delicious food -friendly staff -Mini disco and kids show was the highlight of our stay for my 2 year old -loved the moppet club facilities

-kids pool temperature was freezing cold -my daily room clean was not up to standard but once I let guest relations know it was perfection.
