The property is very close to the public transportation station somehow in the center but far from the noise and agitation of the city. The personnel is very kind and very helpful especially Yunus he has a very cheerful personality and he is very very nice. The rooms are as you see them. Very comfortable mattress which are great after a day of wondering around they have TV with Netflix which we did not even turn on but may come in handy. The terrace which we used only at breakfast has a beautiful view of Bosfor and Marmara sea. The breakfast was typical nothing fancy or extravagant they served a normal breakfast and a few traditional dishes there are different types of food you can choose from.

Great hotel. Kind, caring and friendly hosts. Good cleaning. Good breakfast that will save you a lot of time and money (especially with the new prices in Istanbul). The location is great, everything is nearby. There is a roof terrace. Due to carelessness, the hotel property was slightly damaged by us. The owners forgave us for this and even refused to take money from us. Thank you. I hope I'll be back again.

The guest relations and reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was always clean; the cleaning happened daily and without any disturbance. I am totally in love with the white-red design concept! The pool area is well-maintained and comfortable. I also enjoyed SPA a lot: the staff, the treatments and the facilities. And the location is the best one can imagine!

The room service staff do not speak good English and it was a struggle to place an order over the phone. Also, the staff at the lobby bar were not particularly attending to the guests except Eric who was super sweet and helpful. The breakfast was nicely layed out but there were small flies over the bread section. Also, it would have been great to offer the guests the area map with key attractions as the Internet outside the hotel is not easily available.

Our 2nd stay at Momento and been excellent. The staff is very professional and attentive and always super helpful. Location of the hotel is a hot spot. easy to go everywhere, plus the hotel is spotless clean.

I like the location of this hotel. Its really close to metro and tram stations and so easy to come to all tourists attractions. All in hotel including the worker are really nice. Breakfast very nice.

The hotel did not accept payment by card. The reason is the payment device that belongs to the hotel, and they say the reason is my credit card, and this is something incorrect. I used the same card in all of Istanbul except the hotel, and this thing cost me a lot of exchange rates, and I was forced to pay in cash.
