Great little hotel, the owners kindly upgraded us to a room with a view of the travertines. It’s probably the hotel with the best view in Pamukkale, and is super close to the entrance to the Pamukkale site (3 mins walk). The room was very comfortable with all basic necessities and we had the chance to have a little balcony facing the Pamukkale site which was great. Breakfast was nice and again, a great spot for the view. The owners also kindly let us extend our checkout by one hour and kept luggages in the lobby until we actually left the city. Highly recommend, and thank you for your hospitality and generosity !

The place is close to restaurants, trams, bazaar and walking distance or short tram ride to major attractions. Also, the property is clean and tidy. The breakfast is great. The staff who attended us went above and beyond to cater our needs despite he does not speak English, he utilises translation well on phone and communicates effectively. Also, Ismail the host was very helpful and approachable. Both of them are great. Really loved our stay as a group.

Room was large, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Food was delicious and it was close to the limestone pools, Hierapolis and Laodiceia.

The hotel is very nice and clean and it is close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and also the Grand Bazaar. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

I really feel been scammed. As compared to advertisement photo vs reality is completely misleading. We got such a dirty and so dark room. Felt like somebody sent me to the cave. Shower room mouldy and with limescale built between shower doors. Such a bad smell from the shower room drain, looks like dead rat/mouse. Mattress and duvets with stains. Duvet covers were shorter than duvets . The inside fridge I found dirt. No soundproof as I was able to hear anything from the next door room, when they were talking,even when flashing toilet. So noisy too late night. A strong cigarette smoke smell in the evenings from the corridor. Walls splashed with such a liquid. Bedding and towels with wear and tear. The baby cot firstly brought it broken, another one brought for replacement wasn't any better. As there was trash under the mattress, smelly, all covered in white stains and marks. So I decided to make the kid sleep with me instead in the cot. The pushchair access ramp to the hotel all the time has been blocked by parked cars, so I have to push the pushchair up and down by stairs. Breakfast buffet not much choice. Each morning I had to chase for a coffee mug. Chairs with stain marks in the breakfast room. Utensils holder with build up dust.Definitely, this hotel needs deep clean and upgrading rooms. Please, read other comments about this hotel in Google reviews and other platforms before you make a booking. I am back from Istanbul with such a bad experience and I can say that it was my worst holiday I ever had. So so disappointed. Booking.com offered 25 euro credit for the further booking, what is the joke, for such a condition me and my 2 toddler kids have to stay for a week.
