Booked a superior twin room, was asked if I minded a twin or double and I said no, our room was then a tiny tiny double room but I paid for superior so we asked to be moved. They accommodated us well and we got a spacious room. A/C worked great. Amazing location! 3 minute walk to Khoasan road

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. It's quiet down a side road but still plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Also a really helpful free shuttle down to the beach and back throughout the day.

Rooms were nice and large bed was very comfy rooms cleaned every second day with 2 bottles of water, staff were friendly and welcoming Ali at reception was very helpful and accommodating wud recommend the hotel anytime..

Located right on the beach. The hotel restaurant had the yummiest food too.

The room was a bit shabby. The bathroom and toilet is semi-open so we had cockroaches on a couple of nights.

The landlord is too difficult to join. Rarely answer messages on booking.com..he is Russian but speak good English. Gave no precise instructions for inboarding and you have to guess where is the key for his flat.

Hotel very clean, But they never clean my room in 4 days... nor gave me New water, sheets or towels. Rooms ok but quite noisy because surrounded by ladybars which closed at 2.00 in the morning. Nice to have à drink and play pool. But better have ear plugs if you want to sleep well.
