Stayed here before.although its a little tired and needs updating,the rooms are spacious and offer great value for money.also as its not the biggest hotel ,theres no waiting for lifts like bigger hotels. Location wise its on the corner of 13 and where soi 11 meet, so bars,nightclubs and restaurants are in abundance and just a minutes walk, but not to noisy om a night time. Also its only a 10 minute walk to terminal 21 mall. Or 6 minute walk to BTS nana.

If i had to be picky i would say No gym or pool, but very minor thing.

Cute homestyle flat in heart of Bangkok. Hosts have provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent communication and great value. Even has outdoor pool. Close to Lumphini metro train, 7-11 and restaurants.

Staff were so lovely, shuttle bus to a from airport cheap and easy to organise, and how close we were was great. Rooms were covert cute, and very clean and comfortable
