The hotel is situated right besdide the nightlife area, yet it is quiet. It is a 10 minute walk to the night market in one direction and the beach in another. The room was big and clean, if not a bit dated. The bathroom was a bit badly designed-if you used the wash hand basin, the water would bounce out, bad design by the manufacturer I suppose. The water in the shower wasn't that warm, but then again it wasn't cold, and usable. Everything else was good, even plugs by the bedside for phone charging etc. The staff was brilliant, very accommodating and helpful. I had a bit of a drip coming from my ceiling, which could have been from condensation, or a leak, but whatever my room was changed right away and I was upgraded to a balcony, which was nice. I didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely and clean and had plenty of recliners. OK, it's not a 4 or 5 star hotel, but for the price you are getting the best quality you could expect.

Luxurious level in general. Location is good, 5 minutes to the beach by motorcycle. View is very nice, especially on top floor. Staff were extremely friendly. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Room cleaning was flexible with our day activities and made room always clean and in order. Elevators are fast. Room was large with two separate air conditioners, TV, extra towels, bathrobes and slippers, nice glasses, good fridge. The bed was so large and comfortable. Bathroom was large with two sinks which is suitable for couples. Swimming pool area and gym was so nice.

The built-in lighting was unfortunately not enough option to create perfect cozy atmosphere in evenings and the room has only one night light. The sofa was already quite used a lot with many spots on it. The breakfast was good enough, but sometimes the accent was made too much for Indian menu. We had quite loud neighbors and were hearing them talking often.

The rooms were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. We arrived very early from our flight and could bag drop and then head out into the city with no trouble. Breakfast was good with lots of options. We enjoyed the pool and the bar that was open in the evenings. lots of little shops and restaurants round about.

The hotel is super nice. We arrived at the hotel and our luggage was immediately brought to our room by the porter. The staff is extremely friendly and respectful. Special thanks go to Kris, who left no wishes unfulfilled, took her time and booked us an excellent dinner cruise.

The sunrise beach is right there. Also a great diving spot is very close. Everything is pretty much walking distance in koh lipe, so location was decent.

A HUGE tree fell in our small bungalow. The biggest impact fortunately hit the ground, otherwise I wouldn't be here to tell the story. Some tree branches hit the roof though, and that was enough to make the whole bungalow wobble like crazy. I thought there was an earthquake happening. The worst part was the staff. They couldn't care less about our concern, only thinking about the damage to the bungalow. There was no apology, no empathy. They just removed the tree and that’s it! The toilet was leaking water everywhere and there are huge cockroaches living under the porch just dying to get in you room. The checkout process was a mess and we hopped in a motorbike with our luggage in a different scooter. There are far better and cheaper options in koh lipe, save your money.

To Access rooms you have to walk quite a distance as they don't have elevators. The private pool behind suite could be cleaner. Even though rooms were cleaned daily the bathroom was not washed regularly, we stayed for 9 nights and towards the end the bathroom gave out a bad smell, and was cleaned only after i asked them to. Breakfast spread could improve, became very monotonous after the first few days.
