Loved the aesthetic. Pulling up to the resort really has you feeling like you were entering a 5 star resort. Loved the atmosphere, the staff were overly attentive and friendly, the place looks just like the pictures. The facilities were great and I loved the fact that they had an app that you can utilize during your stay to reserve a massage, order room service etc. My friends and I had a great time and would definitely come back again!

The rooms were smaller than we expected. For some reason they just seemed bigger in the pictures. For reference we stayed in the 2 bedroom pool view option and there were 4 girls. It worked out well but we were hoping it was going to be more of a spacious villa type vibe. Another thing to keep in mind, the comments about this place being far from town are accurate. Which I knew beforehand as it clearly states the location on the map. That said, I didn’t take into consideration how much grabs would cost. A one way to old town for example was roughly $15 so around $30 round trip just there and back which added up pretty quickly with daily outings/excursions. So if your plan is to relax at the resort then this place is ideal. However, if you plan to explore more and go into town or to the various beaches, then this place might not be the right fit unless you rent a car/ motorbike or choose a motorbike grab.

The first room they tried to give me had a terrible Odor and I asked to move. The rooms facing the street are right near the McDonald’s and they smell horrendous. Anywhere near those, there is terrifbe odor. I asked to move rooms and the odor was *better* but still not great. For a luxury resort, I really would have expected this to be sorted out and be a nonissue.

Getting access to the room was a horrible experience. It took over 2 hours of texting and phone calls to gain access. There is no room cleaning schedule for long stay guest. I recommend cleaning the room every 3 days. The guest should have access to the washing machine. The price of the Edge Central Pattaya Condo should be standardized. When I checked online for the Edge Central Pattaya Condo The dropped 50% from what I had already paid.

Restaurant. No supervision. Cold eggs. Undercooked potatoes! Same food every day.Slowwww service. Bowl of soup took 25 minutes when I'm the only customer! Room service with no menus in room! Need mgt. Shake up!
