Our stay was simply lovely. The amazing couple who own the properties go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much for them and they were always on hand to help whether it be to order a taxi, give directions, replenish room supplies etc. Each morning they served us with a wonderful breakfast. We used the bikes provided. The location is great, near shops and a few minutes walk from a gorgeous beach. We shall be rebooking for sure.

Enjoyable stay. The couple that run the guesthouse have a lot of pride and integrity in their establishment and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. They arranged my day trip to the Surin Islands and bus transport to Ranong. Breakfast was good and the coffee machine is a perk. There are two ways to get to the beach and shops…it’s a 15-20 minute walk (for me). I like walking so not an issue for me. A hat or umbrella for shade is useful.

Only positive things to say about the property itself. Of note, there was new construction going on across the street during my stay. It wasn’t super loud and annoying and they were moving pretty fast. Just something to be aware of. I was out during the days for the most part.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean and cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Bangkok. The location was ideal, conveniently situated near all the attractions I wanted to visit, making transportation a breeze. And the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, offering a delightful start to each morning. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a fantastic location!

Pier pickup available, great location, clean, quiet, comfy bed, good aircon, hot shower, nice patio, restaurant with great views and breakfast available, scooters for hire.

Bathroom layout (have to walk through shower area to get to toilet which means feet get wet a lot). Limited storage area. A clothes line on the porch would be a nice option, coffee machine was removed from common area during my stay (was a nice perk to help yourself), staff and restaurant nice but not particularly warm and/or charming so I mostly went elsewhere for lunch/ dinner…also, it was extremely hot in May and no fans available. Menu and beer prices a bit higher than they needed to be. This area is very quiet and peaceful area. I found the lights around the restaurant at night were a bit too bright and gaudy compared to the other places along this beach.

Bed a bit firm to my taste, could use a softer mattress topper (they might be available, I didn’t ask). Only a sheet on the bed for cover. I prefer something more substantial, even if just a heavier sheet cover that I’ve seen used in other guesthouses. Beach towels locked up. Consider issuing on arrival and exchanging as needed.

I booked an upgrade to a larger room with a balcony for my second stay. I’m a light sleeper and construction nearby too noisy for my taste. I decided to cut my losses and remained in the smaller, quieter room I was already in.

I regret to say that my experience at this hotel fell significantly short of expectations, and I find it difficult to recommend it to future guests. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a room pervaded with dampness, accompanied by a visible layer of moisture on the floor, which was far from welcoming. Additionally, we encountered an issue with the hot water supply that was not rectified until a few hours had passed, a significant inconvenience. Furthermore, the housekeeping services left much to be desired. Despite our early departure in the mornings and returning in the evenings, we consistently returned to find that our room had yet to be serviced, undermining the basic standards of hospitality one would expect. Lastly, one of the cornerstones of comfortable accommodation is the assurance of fresh, clean linens. Unfortunately, it seemed that our bed sheets remained unchanged throughout the duration of our stay, a detail that did not escape our notice and further detracted from our overall satisfaction with the accommodations provided.
