This is the most amazing place I have ever been in my life. We booked a villa with a sea view and it was the most beautiful view I have seen from a hotel room/bungalow. The beach in front of the resort is with soft sand, turquoise water and there aren't many people. You can grab a taxi boat from the beach to reach the center in Phi Phi. It costs 100 baht and after 22 o'clock I think it was 150 baht to return from the center to the hotel. The check in was super professional - there is a taxi boat that waits you in the pier and they bring your luggage to your villa. The room is big and clean with a big comfortable bed. When you go to sleep at night you can hear the sounds from different animals in the jungle and the waves from the sea. It literally makes you feel like you play some youtube video.

The place is clean, the location is accessible to several shops and night bazaars on weekends. Right next door there is a fairly economical 24-hour laundry. Inside they offer various tourist packages and services, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The room has air conditioning but it takes a while to cool down due to the size of the room, I had to move my bed to feel a little more cool but that is just my personal taste. The bathroom, being separated from the room, is always warm.

the hotel wifi is totally without protection, to the point that my laptop refused to connect. the technician who was going to help could not. so have no illusions of the confidentiality of your data. the tv remote did not work and could not be repaired either (so it must have been a defect tv). closeness to big cross roads. poor sound proofing. awful restaurant both for the atmosphere and, even worse, the food. try the crispy chicken at your peril.

Staff rude. No accessible water anywhere, either pay or get dehydrated. Even cheaper hotels have filtered water machines for guests. Basic human necessity is water.
