-location was great close to MRT Wat Mangkorn just few mins away -street foods /local Chinese market /7-11 around hotel -value for money to stay -staffs were friendly and service minded. Willing to help immediately. -bed were comfy and AC was great. -have small pantry and kitchen ware/ microwave/hairdryer provided.

-room and facilities in the room quite old. -TV channel not good. The signal was terrible but the staffs help to replaced and fixed the problem. -fridge not working and also staffs fixed and replaced it. - Wifi terrible. Poor signal i cant work. Need to connect hotspot from my phone. This needs to fix the most.

The view, breakfast, the staff guaranteed an early check in and also agreed to move our pre-paid breakfast from the last day (we would leave at 6am) to the arrival day (we arrived around 9am).

There is no direct and easy access to the beach. This was probably the biggest downside of this hotel. Also, because it is located on a very high hill, it is not recommended to rent a scooter because it would be really challenging to reach the facility.

Location is in a great spot to reach all main attractions walking. Rooms were fine and the rooftop pool was never crowded so it was very pleasant. Staff was very friendly.

Air conditioning was pointing right the bedrooms, so it was not ideal. Currently there is a very big construction site in front of the hotel which makes the overall surrrondings a noisy and difficult to manage.
