The staff was very helpful and friendly.. They fetch me to Chomtong temple with the motor bike..i ask for their help as there is hard to call any Grab taxi and i was with a large luggage. Really appreciate their help and they even ask around to find the exact destination .. The room is clean and bed is comfortable . Highly recommended !!

The breakfast was excellent, the hostess May was kind, helpfull and the nicest person ever and always smiling. She and her team will make your stay a very pleasant one. The room was big enough for the 4 of us and beds were perfect. The road with restaurants is 5 minutes walkingdistance so also no problem.

The location of the hotel is very close to the airport, perfect for those catching early flights. Just a few steps out the door is the fine soft sandy beach, great for sitting and relaxing in the evening, a very comfortable experience.

There was no electricy and water, at the day we checked in ,and it didn't come back on until late afternoon, it is really a painful experience in the middle of summer.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is super-friendly and smiling all the time. Furthermore, the owner is always available for any good advice. The kitchen offers exquisite dishes both of Thai and international cusine.

I've stayed here many times and it's a wonderful Oasis in the middle of Chiang Mai with easy parking and excellent staff. Nice to see the pool bar now being attended.

My very minor complaints - need more towels at the pool, more sun beds, newer TV units which don't display the output type on the screen all the time, spray in shower didn't work and breakfast maybe too expensive. Not taking off any points for this as the place is so awesome otherwise.

It was difficult to get a cab from the airport, we took the subway and then walked to the hotel, not a great experience on the walking stretch.

This is because of booking.com. we were conned into booking this with a pool view, robes, slippers but none of this was true!!!! All a con. When I spoke to staff they said booking.com haven't changed their comments. I checked this as I checked other sites and they didn't say what booking.com said on the site Otherwise I would not have booked there.
