Location is great, market and small walking street below the hotel. Staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Security services are excellent and very approachable and helpful. Quiet given the hotels location. We stayed for three nights, maybe ok for a shorter stay.

After reading the fab reviews about the hotel we decided to stay here. Our reality was not like that we read. Our assigned room was lovely, very spacious but…the aircon was not cooling (43 outside) and the safe was broken. So we advised reception. We were offered another room. However this room was half the size of that earlier and didn’t have a window, only a small sliding door with aircon unit on a small balcony (onky for that). So we rejected that as we paid for an Executive room and expected what we paid for. The bellboy was pleasant but clearly getting annoyed having to run between the 14th floor and reception on the 10th, but….? We got shown two more rooms, and finally settled on the 4th shown. Shower over bath is not great. Older hotel that needs renovations and some in room attention.

Hotel is nice and clean and came with a nice breakfast. Staff where very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and there is transport to take you back to the top of the street

Is a little dated and not a lot of sound proofing between rooms. Could hear the neighbours taking and coughing. Is a little bit of a walk down soi 8

Bungalow was on the beach. Clean bed linen and towels. Good A/C. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely stay. Very relaxed. Adequate facilities in the room.

Dogs on the beach every day. We accept that it's a beach accessible to all, but if these hotels/ businesses to tourists are going to prosper, then they need to take a look at dogs on the beach. Absolute rubbish to say, "Oh, my dog won't harm you!! Try telling that to a person who has been attacked by a dog before! Or a child. Due to purely the dogs on the beach, we would not return to Haad yoa beach.

Staff at front desk weren’t very helpful when trying to book a taxi, I was told I had to pay cash & would not accept a credit card, just after accepting payment for stay with a credit card?
