Very pleasant hotel, good beach, staff were very polite and helpful, plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk.. We booked a seaview room in the main building and were not disappointed, large room with good view.
Negative section of review
The only negative would be the standard of the area outside the hotel/high street, there is no reinvestment in pavements, litter and derelict buildings.

Booked for my mom, She mentioned the room was clean and beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Outstanding communication before stay. Overall, she enjoyed the stay.

Bungalow was on the beach. Clean bed linen and towels. Good A/C. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely stay. Very relaxed. Adequate facilities in the room.

Dogs on the beach every day. We accept that it's a beach accessible to all, but if these hotels/ businesses to tourists are going to prosper, then they need to take a look at dogs on the beach. Absolute rubbish to say, "Oh, my dog won't harm you!! Try telling that to a person who has been attacked by a dog before! Or a child. Due to purely the dogs on the beach, we would not return to Haad yoa beach.

Breakfasts was shameful, down grade. No bakery no croissants just bread slices with peanut butter +confiture..short on vegies,fruits & jus,same daily :(

Breakfast:there was no bakery,no croissant or cake,just some cheap orange jus, yogurts & rise with vegies. few fruit salad. The pool is the size of a bath.very small.the sport room is smaller. small ordinary buffet

Location, facilities, food variety, breakfast was all good. Best part for us and main reason for choosing this hotel was the fact that it is pet friendly.

Walking distance to airport. Easy check in and check out process. Large rooms. Free tea, coffee and drinking water were available at reception.

The pillows were very lumpy. We asked for two more pillows and were advised they would cost extra which was surprising as most hotels would provide this for free, so this left a slightly sour taste

We asked for an extra pillow. We were told it was 100 baht per day for a pillow. It may be just me, but I’ve stayed in allot of hotels over the years, 12 on this holiday alone. And I’ve never been charged for a pillow before!!
