It was a unique experience, during which we felt like we were at home thanks to the comfort, cleanliness, and ideal location. The owners were very accommodating and paid attention to all the details that made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We look forward to returning and staying here again in the future, God willing.

The location was excellent and the communication from the host was great. It was very spacious and had everything that we needed. The host was very kind and even allowed a later checkout which fit perfect for our travel plans. Having laundry available to use was greatly appreciated so we had clean clothes to move to our next location. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I've stayed there for 3 nights. It's close to Bohin Lake which is a must place to visit and that's the only benefit I've found. There is not much to do beside this lake. The main mountain sites for hiking are far away.

I'll try to point things objectively: - Water in the shower is not hot enough According to the host, it's 50C. As I was explained, it's getting heated by the sun system. Therefore you can imagine the real temp. you get after the night or during cold days when there is no sun. - Slow Internet Wifi (like in the early 90's) - I've attached the photo because I've actually ran the speed test. - The Dry Sauna (the wood sauna in the pic below) is not included in the price, which I was informed only after my arrival. This is as a complete violation and misleading advertisement. As I've booked house + sauna (this was the title) And the one in the bathroom just wasn't doing anything but noise. Although I really tried my best to turn it on. - Host wasn't kind or helpful. Response time was also not very efficient (3-8 hours). - Limited Privacy The house is made out of wood, so you hear when people going up and down the stairs. The hosts are leaving in the same house, so you hear them and they probably hear every step you make as well. I was counting the days for my leave date and I am glad I've stayed there only for a few days The only time the host contacted me from her side was at the check-out to collect the city taxes. Seems like they only care about money and this is another reason to stay out of this apartment and this area in general.

We had booked "Superior Apartment with balcony". "Superior" must refer to the location on the top floor of the building, as there is nothing “superior” about the flat. In layout and furniture, it is a very basic flat suitable for 4 people. The 4 people should know each other well, as there is only 1 bedroom. What looks like a 2nd very small "bedroom" in the pictures is actually part of the kitchen and open to both, kitchen and living area... The kitchen is not equipped for "green" lifestyles: f.e. there is no salad bowl or fruit knife. Many items in the flat are worn out or semi-broken or not quite clean… The suburb where the house is located is "quiet" but the flat is not especially quiet: being a guesthouse, there is always some noise of the many people renting beds or rooms in the 3 floors below. The walls of the flat are rather thin, so, in the living room, one can hear people showering in the bathroom next door...

The outdoor bar seemed to be closed for renovations. It looked like it would have been really nice. That said, the fire pits and Christmas lights were lovely and we relaxed under the stars with a nice glass of local wine from their selection.
