Very friendly staff, clean comfortable bed. Location was excellent near to MRT & bus stops. Room WI-FI works very well ( each room get a separate password) In the room had a small fridge, TV and air conditioner worked very well. In the room they provided drinkable water from separate tap. I was six nights in the hotel exploring Singapore every single day they changed my bedding & towels.

Excellent design, good location (on Sentosa island) Very nice pools. Free Bus from hotel to mall and back.

Toilet was quite old and dirty. The air conditioning was leaking water. The toilet bowl flush noise is very loud.

We found bed bugs in bed and staff was also rude. I booked the hotel for 5 nights but i left the hotel on the first day itself. They didn’t refunded me.. because of bed bugs we didn’t slept whole night. I want my refund.
