Positive section of review
The staff was really so friendly and helpful. The organization is just perfect, there's a lot of experience in hosting lot of people. The common areas with a sauna, a large dining room are also great The location is ideal for observing the midnight sun, climbing to the top of the surrounding mountains, hiking in the Abisko National Park or on the Kungsleden. I also really liked the way we were made responsible for end-of-stay "cleaning", if everybody is making a little, that's almost not an effort for us and that is making a big difference for the staff.
Negative section of review
I would have preferred to know that I had to bring my own bedlinen before booking. Maybe it was indicated in the description and I didn't pay attention to it in which case, it's for me, otherwise it would be good to specify it. Anyway, I received a DM and was able to book some for a fee. Perhaps we could also make people aware of the fact of holding doors in order to prevent them from slamming because at peak times, the number of consecutive door slams is very high

Excellent breakfast, with a wide variety of choices and quality food. The bedroom was fine, exactly what you would expect from a hotel in this price range. Clean, confortable and well equipped. The location is, without a doubt, the best thing about it, since the hotel is located no more than five minutes from the bus, metro and train central stations, which allows you to go pretty much anywhere in the city without having to walk too much or depend on taxis/ubers.

Checkin took a little longer than usual, but there was a large (and probably unexpected) group of tourist that arrived all at the same time, so that's understandable. The TV didn't work very well (likely because the bedroom is underground), but that's just a sidenote, really, since I barely stayed at the hotel anyway.

The breakfast included is really amazing, lot of diversity and very good products There is also a washing machine, a dryer and a sauna included in our booking. There are also huge refrigerators and freezers, and a large kitchen, which allows you to be self-sufficient. If necessary, the staff is also nice and very helpful. The information received in the welcome email are also really relevant

Perhaps we could educate travelers to hold the doors when they close because the repeated slamming of the doors makes a lot of noise. Kiruna town is in a very unusual situation with a large part of the town moving to a new town due to mining activity, this creates a bit of a weird atmosphere between the parts being deconstructed and those under construction. I greatly admire the mental strength and resilience of the inhabitants of Kiruna who have been living this situation on a daily basis for several years and for many years to come. For my part, it disturbed me a lot from the very first hour of my stay

I was on 1st floor the door that went down to reception needs to be closed people sleep later than others- I heard so many loud sounds before I wanted to get up -and a few more towels please give us more towels you are very skimpy or scarce- please give us more towels and we will keep them longer
