Ground floor entrance from the parking lot close to the room was great when travelling with dogs (puppies). The room had a nice dog bed waiting and we received one more when we asked for it after the first night (had two dogs). The standard of the room was a little worn down but clean and functional, and it had a hard floor (not fully carpeted) which again was great for us with our mostly (but not completely) housetrained puppies. Easy to check in after reception hours and a simple but good breakfast buffet with fresh bread and a selection of dishes. Dogs were allowed in the restaurant for breakfast which was great and made us feel very welcomed! Very helpful and friendly staff.

Boiled eggs at breakfast were overcooked, and the room had two single beds instead of the double I had booked (we pushed them together, but would have preferred the double as booked).

We enjoyed the location very much, such an easy walk to Gamla Stan and the harbour. The building has so much charm, with lovely high ceilings and a stunning spiral staircase and beautiful lift. The apartment has 3 large rooms, comfy beds, a dining table, couch and TV. The kitchen is well equipped, and offers great views over the adjoining park. The neighbourhood is full of.eating options and numerous supermarkets. Communication was quick and informative. We would happily stay again and recommend to friends.

The washing machine in the shower is certainly novel, but didn't negatively impact the usage of either.

The personal was kind, understanding, and very helpful. The room was clean, cosy, spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The location was good. The overall experience was really satisfying. A huge thank you to all the team!

The only improvement I could see may be in having more flexibility on the serving time of the breakfast. If a timeframe could be required and not a specific time, it would be perfect!

The standard rooms facing the street are noisy in the morning from 7 AM. We had to close the window just to minimize it a bit.
