Ground floor entrance from the parking lot close to the room was great when travelling with dogs (puppies). The room had a nice dog bed waiting and we received one more when we asked for it after the first night (had two dogs). The standard of the room was a little worn down but clean and functional, and it had a hard floor (not fully carpeted) which again was great for us with our mostly (but not completely) housetrained puppies. Easy to check in after reception hours and a simple but good breakfast buffet with fresh bread and a selection of dishes. Dogs were allowed in the restaurant for breakfast which was great and made us feel very welcomed! Very helpful and friendly staff.

Boiled eggs at breakfast were overcooked, and the room had two single beds instead of the double I had booked (we pushed them together, but would have preferred the double as booked).

Beautiful location with stunning sunset views every night. The kitchen was well equipped. The sitting area was comfortable and perfectly arranged to view the sunsets. The bedrooms had comfortable beds but the space around the beds was a bit tight especially with the suitcases in there. The bathroom was nice, spacious and clean.

Everything was great and after overcoming the initial “what is that, and how can this be a thing?” regarding the recycled water shower our stay was great and we had no complaints.

Very cozy and quiet room, great and very central location of the hotel close to everything. It takes 5 minutes walk to go to the central train station in case you want to make a day trip to Copenhagen. The hotel staff is absolutely adorable! And the breakfast was really, really great.

The only improvement I could see may be in having more flexibility on the serving time of the breakfast. If a timeframe could be required and not a specific time, it would be perfect!

Everything was just amazing! Personnel was super helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really delicious! The location is 20-30 min by bus to the old city.

Reception welcomed us with an surcharge for early check in although I sent an earlier message, that I will arrive early due to my mode of travel, Via ferry from Finnland. Anyway, thinkin good making good as requested, we went into our first room, which was a nice room, had only the problem of the sink in the bathroom blocked, which makes anyone quite nervous: Imagine you get surcharged, and cannot enter your bathroom, asking the reception to change the room. The second room we were given, was nice either, except the washbasin was leaking, which we as a gueat had to report to the reception. There was a technician coming in, and going out few times and it took ca. another time for it to be repaired. Arriving at 08.00 desperatly needing the shower and the WC, we have been to wait a considerable time to get rid of these irregularities we had to face. I believe we just needed a shower and WC options to arrive at an early time, with paying the required surcharge. Surcharge is not so important, anyway, but having met such irregularities in consequence, diminish your morale, after a long night ferry trip. Am I right in stating it breaks your morale totally, and your recognition of an 'highly advised' hotel by network falls completely to the ground. This is not the end, as we might continue our patience that all was settled after we had to devote considerable time, money, and energy to such irregularities welcoming us: What has happened is that somebody has left a card for excuse into our room, not very recognisable, in handwriting, no indication of who gave this message, and very plain text, as if it has been written by a elemantary school kid (!) exactly, no exxageration, at all. This is not what 'hospitality industry has to offer to a patient guest.

Standard room is quite small would go for a bigger room for a bit more comfort. Appreciate there was a free from section at breakfast but a few more vegan options would be nice or clearer signage
