The hotel was brilliant, very clean and staff were brilliant. Loved the breakfast and how convenient the hotel is to all tourist attractions. Busses and train were both walking distance and it was super safe. I left my room open by mistake and staff made sure to close it and let me know, it is definitely a safe place. The hotel had this evening nibbles one of the days, I found that so sweet. I haven't seen that anywhere and will always remember that :)

Pillows were a bit painful for me. Bed was super comfy but pillows were a bit of a struggle.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Had a superior room on the 5th floor which was nice and large with a seating area. Very good breakfast with a good selection. Car parking under the hotel which was great. Overall would highly recommend

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right in the very center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Our room was quite dark and faced the inside of the restaurant, limiting natural daylight. For the price, it would be great to have more natural light.

It’s a lovely cottage in the woods, behind the host’s home. It is very cosy and cute. I didn’t arrive until 22:00 and it was no problem.

The flimsy white curtains do absolutely nothing to keep out the light, and in June it barely gets dark. This makes it quite hard to sleep here. The refrigerator and freezer make a lot of noise at night too.

Lunch kitchen staff, terrible customer service. The servers were pleasant though! Our room didn't have any way to block one of the windows, so the sofa bed and kids bed got late night and early morning light.
