Very comfortable, friendly staff, great location. Very good customer service. When breakfast wasn’t available one morning ( included in my package) I was offered a takeaway breakfast plus a free dinner to make up for no smorgasbord breakfast. Food was delicious. Easy walk to town, ICA supermarket, train station & buses.

The location was great, particularly getting to the park and Botanical Gardens. The place was modern, clean and welcoming. I liked the kitchen which had all things to use and fridge system. Rooms were a good size and comfortable beds.

Nothing really. Slight issue with getting into the property as I hadn’t received my email or text either the codes for the door or my room. The other issue was I did try emailing them and calling both numbers, including the in emergency …. And no one picked up and the email didn’t work. Had to contact them through booking.com email in the end. However it was resolved quickly when they found out, just a bit more stressful than it needed to be.

Very spacious, cozy, clean and well-maintained villa in a beautiful environment. The kitchen is well-equipped. Smart TV in the living room, WiFi is very good. 10 minutes walk from lake Upper Fryken. I highly recommend it.

The apartment and the location were great. Right in the middle of Gamla Stan. A very nice apartment, well set up.

The stairs leading to the apartment are narrow and scary. The last few stairs don't have a rail Carrying suitcases up and down can be problematic... There are also stairs inside the apartment, they felt safe.

Car park full, was offered space in garage by one staff member who never mention a charge, once parked a new staff member charged us. Twin room 303 very small, would be better to use as a single.
