Bathrooms were out dated and not as shown online. Staff were friendly, but it took over an hour to downsize our room to one that didn't smell (staff wouldn't accept we'd take a smaller room for clean smelling). New room was ideal, clean and tidy. Key card continually stopped working for hotel room. A member of staff and other hotel guest tried to enter our room during the night - I assume they assigned the same room to two different parties. Hotel room lacked upkeep, a bed side light was broken / missing.

Bathroom was leaking water all over. No internet or phone service. Front desk would not answer phone. You had to go down from 5th floor to ask for simple things. Front desk staff did not speak a word of English, so communication was a big issue
