I liked how friendly and hospitable the staff are. Everyone greets you with the a smile and kindness. Staff are amazing and super helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with all of the necessities. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is incredible! It is worth paying the extra money in my opinion. I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the amazing front dest/reception employees for being so nice, caring and super thoughtful. It won't be my last time here for sure.

Good location, nice neighborhood. Lady at check-out was very friendly, same as the restaurant staff. Nice food at the restaurant (but no cappucino or any real coffee, just instant.). The room was modern-looking except for the bathroom floor, which had seen better days. It was clean. Good value for money.

The person at check-in was unfriendly. He also tried to make me downgrade from a room that I had already paid for. The restaurant personnel was very friendly, but they really push you into writing a review immediately while they watch. When you request a bill, they give guests a link before they let them pay anf they stand there and wait while you write the review. The restaurant was quite noisy and echoed a lot. All in all, despite all that, I would have probably rated this property a solid 8, nice but nothing special. However, pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, gave me neck ache. Also the shower had a problem, the temperature kept changing from burning hot to ice cold every few seconds thorough the shower, which was the biggest issue for me.

The shower was not working for cold water. Only heat water might be something wrong. Technical issues, so please 🙏 take into consideration that you will not repeat again with others' customers. Thanks for your understanding 🙏 🙂
