Pleasant studio with large comfortable bed, small couch and smart TV, and kitchen area for cooking or making coffee. Arriving was easy: the security at the reception checks your ID document and with the provided code you can enter the apartment. There is gated secure and covered parking included. There is a small gym on the top floor, ask to use the key from the security. There is also a pool with a nice view but I didn't use, it was a bit cold. The room is divided by a large closet to separate the bed and the couch area. Bathroom has warm water, towels, and soaps. There is dishsoap and sponges in the kitchen. Payment is with the host, with cash or card. The surrounding area is very nice. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and there is a large shoppingmall. It is close to the airport.

The listing states there is a washingmachine but there is not one. I asked the host and the security but there is no washingmachine. Only a paid laundromat nearby (but there are many in Asuncion). This was disappointing for me because I chose this apartment specifically to use a washingmachine. Other apartments have a washngmachine and some a grill on the balcony. Maybe I got the wrong apartment?

Here’s a review for the studio in Asunción, Paraguay: We stayed in a small but lovely studio in Asunción, located in a new, modern building with a rooftop pool and terrace. Although we didn’t use the pool due to the weather, the studio had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Teresa, the host, was very kind and helpful, and we were able to pay by card, which was convenient. The location is great—easy to reach from the airport by taxi, with a mall just a few minutes' walk away and a small shop nearby. !"

One minor downside, which is beyond the host’s control, is that there’s construction nearby, and you can hear the workers during the day. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this place. Thanks for the stay!

The apartment in Ciudad del Este is in a great, safe, and fairly quiet location. The rooms were spacious, with a large living room and two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it perfect for a family. There’s also a small terrace, which was a nice touch. However, the kitchen was quite basic, and if you plan to cook, there aren't many utensils available. It also wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. The host was welcoming, and I’m sure he will correct these issues. Overall, it’s a good option, especially for families.

However, the kitchen could use some improvements—some utensils need to be replaced, and there was no hot water in the kitchen. It would also be helpful to provide basic items like salt, sugar, kitchen towels, and essentials in the bathroom, such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Very nice place! Nice location, spacious big beds, new clean set of bed linen and towels. Common space, coworking, kitchen, washing machine. There is even a hammock for chilling! Ideal place for travelers! I recommend!

Good location to access everything in Asunción. We were able to pay by card but they said that their card machine doesn’t always work. Good hot water in the shower and comfortable bed.

We booked last minute on Booking and the room we had booked wasn’t actually available when we arrived at the accommodation so we were given a different room which wasn’t as nice but they charged us less for the room. Our room was right by the kitchen and we were woken up early by people making breakfast and talking loudly. The accommodation is very basic. It was fine for one night but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.

Apartment smells of sewage coming from the bathrooms. AC in the master bedroom defect and noisy. All in all it is not good value for the money.

Very basic accommodation. The room we were given clearly hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests, there were hairs all over the bed, on the sheets and pillows and in the bathroom, the floor was dirty and the towels were stained. The AC also didn’t work so we asked for a different room. The next room also had a lot of hairs in the bed and bathroom but the AC worked when we turned it on so we stayed with that room thinking every room would be dirty but at least we had the AC working. We also arrived late at night so it was too late to change accommodation. We tried to change the AC in the night and it stopped working and we couldn’t change the temperature or turn it off. No hot water in the shower. When we checked in we were told there would be breakfast between 7-9am but when we went down in the morning we were told there was no breakfast and we should have been told that! When we arrived the person that checked us in only spoke Portuguese and made no attempt to speak any Spanish, despite us only speaking a little Spanish and English, which didn’t make it easy for us. The host in the morning spoke Spanish which helped!

The toilet smells bad, there is no window screen, and there are mosquitoes in the room when the window is opened. Booking.com shows that there is a washing machine and barbecue equipment, but I didn't see it. The sofa is too soft.
