The staff was extra nice and helpful. The beds were super comfy. The pool was hot and nice. The food at the restaurant was good. The view from the room was espectacular. Having a balcony was a plus. You could hear the waves crashing at night.

Location is amazing, position right in centre of old san huan, room spacious and nice, bed big and comforable, staff…almost everything was very nice

Breakfast only scrambled eggs with ham n cheese + coffee. Water or any other drink to be paid extra and no more food available. Plus bfast available only from 8am to 10am, so for early morning excursion no bfast. Thus Despiste having it included i took advantage of it only for 1 day, the others i had too look for it outside

No Breakfast, the wifi not good. I worked like more than an hour to connect my Hotspot and blue tooth to get Netflix

No handle at the door and the owner woke me up very rude banging at the door earlier, because I parked my car in front of him, because the maintenance guy told me it wasn't going to bother to much. I know that is not a parking available, but I am a Social Security disable Woman. I thought it wasn't going to be an issue if I park my car near the door. He wasn't at the moment.
