It was an amazing stay and I would come again and will recommend this place to others. The room is spacious enough, the bed is good, shower is very nice and with good soap and shampoo amount available, staff always helpful and guard 24/7, free coffee if needed. Nice terrace in front of the room to relax, quality AC unit and a romantic path inside the property on the way to reception and room.

Great location and friendly staff. It is a little hard to find but when there you are right on the beach and minutes away from the small bar and restaurant area of the island.

Not much words for it because it's so bad. Only the frigarator and the beds were ok.

Cockcroaches in the bathroom ,in the kitchen, and the bedrooms. No drying pen aldo, there is a washing machine. Not enough towels. There are not enough cassarols to cook. Parking is very expensive. Overnight fees to pay and per hour. I've never seen before like this. The accommodation is too small and there is no space to move. No place for luggage and not enough for clothes.

The place is neat and clean. The location is close to the mall, which is great.

Our time-in is supposedly 2pm.. but the room is not available, and we stay at the lobby until 4pm (wherein the time-out in the following morning is the same with no time extension). We went to the room, and there are no towels. We call atleast 4 times, and the towels arrived at 8pm. In the morning, the breakfast is by far the worst in all the hotels we have been thru. Even the kids dont like it. Im sorry, this is an honest remarks based on experience. The hotel is very good. But over all service are really bad. Please focus on "good service", you have a very nice hotel.
