I booked reading the reviews and my expectations were high as well. Result- it offers you moments of peace, Relaxing environment, super comfy luxurious room and shower is amazing. My best stay in recent times. The Manager is a gem for this accommodation facility.Makes you feel at home and safe.

Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Common area is extremely nice, has more than you need. There’s even free popcorn and coffee that was extremely nice. Kind receptionist greeted us with warm scones and a smile. Definitely recommend for short or even long stay.

Was nice and warm and spacious. Very cosy and staff were great.

The shower door wouldn't shut properly so water leaked everywhere and there was no soap in the hand basin. Didn't like how there was sky but no movies option this should be mentioned on the advertisement so was very dissappinting for the price to not even have movies to watch. This was quality time with my partner and I believe I didn't get what I paid for. Apart from that staff were great but if nothing is done about this I will be going elsewhere next time.

Everything else - the ad states "private bathroom" when it's actually public or shared, the hallway stinks, the wifi was good as nothing, the room was cold - a small panel heater was provided but will not do the job, bed was unstable, the light inside the room was not working, noisy and swearing from other occupants, poor communication from staff (they were lovely but can't really communicate), and above all - it is used for emergency housing (felt unsafe).
