Room layout was good and comfortable. I like having a table for meal and working on. Thank you for turning on heating and leaving key in room for arrival.

The dishcloth. I am sorry it was shocking... while I could see it had been washed, it was not clean for kitchen. The material in the room read in a way contact with office was discouraged, given arrival time each night it appeared office was closed. Perhaps being available 4-6 pm would have meant I could have made contact and met the wonderful team who keep the place so neat and tide.

I got a bit of a fright when I opened one of the curtains in the morning and it came of it's track but it wasn't the end of the world. Unfortunately I didn't have time to put it back on as I needed to get to my conference

Sex workers in the rooms next too us with absolutely no soundproofing. Mould on windows Extremely rude staff young girl on the front desk didn’t know what too do when checking in. We left at 11pm when asked for a refund they have declined and hung up on us
