Accommodation was excellent,, staff were great, location for town was great, only a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants etc, Will stay there again when next in Cromwell. Room was warm when we arrived, Traffic noise was minimum, all in all a lovely stay.

I was slightly disappointed that there was no sky channels as I didnt have any acces to any streaming services so TV was a little boring.

I love the Sudima in general. That was my 7th stay.

Having been there 7 times (I think I was one of the first guests when it opened) I have seen the cleanliness of the shower in particular decline. It’s my biggest hotel ick. Specifically the line of orange scum around the edges of the shower which is most obvious when it’s wet. Easily solved by a bit of exit mould and elbow grease. Please don’t let the show cleanliness go downhill! It would make me stop staying there - and I LOVE the Sudima!
